Little Acorns

“G loves little acorns, he always comes home telling me about the trees he has climbed or the bugs he has found. It is such a lovely environment you have created, where the children think they are playing on the field and don’t realise they are learning.”

We offer extended nursery hours, in our Little Acorns sessions, from 11.45am to 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday, term time only.

Children attending Little Acorns must be registered in our morning nursery session, which runs from 8.45am – 11.45am, Monday –Friday.

Children attending both morning nursery and Little Acorns will have an extended nursery day running from 8.45am to 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and a morning nursery session on Friday mornings.

There is a cost to attend Little Acorns and you may qualify for 30 hours funding. The cost for parents who do not qualify for 30 hours funding is £100 per child per week.

An optional hot lunch, cooked on site, is available at an additional £2.77 per child per day.  

We have 16 places available in Little Acorns.  Extended hours are only available to children registered in our nursery class and priority for places is given to our September intake.
